The rich of India has grown well. At least 300 million of Indians are super rich who spend around 10,000 dollars per month. These people have to care for the rest of the population. This big gifted populace is more than the combined population of even continents. Expecting money from mountainous, earth quake prone Japan or a tiny Holland is cruel. Hope the new dispensation will say a big 'no' and 'thanks' for any donor nation.
