Every Decade A Brazil in India

India has added around 190 million people  in a Period of ten years (2001-2011) that is equivalent of the population of Brazil. The only country in the world that doesn't have any plan to check the growth of their population. Even the word ' population' will not be used by the media or  leaders  and not a single person from India even to refer the 'Vehicle population' or 'tiger population'. It is racing ahead and just in another decade India would Beat China to occupy the No.1 spot.

The question is why should the remaining 195 countries and peoples suffer for a nation's negligence. Why do the Nobel and noble laureates of Economics from India utter a single word about this menace? Why not the U.N come out with a plan to check the growth at least in the top ten most populated countries? Why do peoples from other nations don't complain about the 'Silent Demographic Civil War' waged by these countries? Why do the nations which compete for an inch of land and fight for protecting  their borders remain silent when their nations are filled silently  with peoples from other nations?

Exceptions are  also there.
Singapore’s Immigration Act specifies that persons overstaying their visas or equivalent permits are liable for judicial caning if they overstay by more than 90 days. There are exceptions pertaining to age. Women are also not caned.
"Up to three million expat workers will be forced to leave Saudi Arabia over the next few years under a new plan to cap their number, it was reported on Friday.
The kingdom's Labour Ministry has put a 20 percent ceiling on the country’s guest workers in its latest bid to help find jobs for Saudi nationals.
“The maximum number of long-term expatriate workers in the Kingdom should not exceed 20 percent of the Saudi population,” a spokesman from the ministry was quoted as saying in Saudi daily Arab News.
Citing a report in the Al-Eqtisadiah business daily, it said the long-term plan would cut the number of expat workers which currently stands at 8.42m, 31 percent of the Saudi population of 18.7m."
