The wall we see is damaged. Right. But the age has not withered her. The wall is being utilized for urinating. Like this any crowded town in our land is its share of such revealing buildings/walls. I won't blame the absence of toilets as reason for this status. There are many who don't urinate like this. The percentage of violators may be 75%. The remaining are able to with stand the urge to urinate in public. If it is possible for some why not for others but for the diabetic and the sick.
The requirement for urination is just a tree or a parked car. Often we come across people stopping their cars on highways and a hand on their mobiles too. I witnessed the plight of a person who alighted from a swanky car near a highway toll booth, holding a burning cigarette, a cell phone on his ears balanced by the head and of course he was urinating. He had to zip in, converse, smoke and manage the stares of the onlookers and I don't know what the occupants of his car would have thought about their friend's balancing act. I didn't think that was a call as important as the 'hot line' calls the Heads of states of the U.S and the USSR made ,he can't wait it to go.
A society if it refuses to learn has to devise ways to implement civic sense. Imposing fines or punitive measures are some of the steps we may think of apart from educating and awareness creations.
